We will replace the following products against manufacturing defects and workmanship for periods specified below if products are operated under the guidelines below and within voltage range specified on respective product or product packaging. Proof of purchase will be required to verify date of purchase.
Please note: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

- Daylyte 12v LED globes against failure from normal HOME use for 5 years when fitted into new HEP brand LED driver (transformer).
- Daylyte 12v LED globes against failure from normal OFFICE use for 4 years when fitted into new HEP brand LED driver (transformer).
- Daylyte 12v LED globes against failure from normal HOME or OFFICE use for 3 years when fitted into existing iron core transformer.
- Daylyte 240v LED globes against failure from normal HOME use for 4 years.
- Daylyte 240v LED globes against failure from normal OFFICE use for 3 years.
- Radium Spectralux 18w, 36, and 58w tubes (T8) against failure from normal HOME or OFFICE use for 5 years. when used with Okostart electronic starters.
- Radium Spectralux 14w and 28w tubes (T5) against failure from normal HOME or OFFICE use for 2 years.
- Radium Spectralux 18w, 36, and 58w tubes (T8) against failure from normal HOME or OFFICE use for 3 years when used with existing electronic ballast.
- Circular fluorescent 22w, 32, and 40w tubes against failure from normal HOME or OFFICE use for 2 years.
- HEP brand LED driver (transformer) against failure from normal HOME or OFFICE use for 4 years.
- Okostart electronic starter against failure from normal HOME or OFFICE use for 10 years.
- LED tubes against failure from normal HOME or OFFICE use for 3 years.
All products left on 24/7 carry a general 2 year replacement warranty.
Our replacement guarantee does not cover products that have failed/burnt out due to the following:Faulty lighting equipment e.g. ballasts, fire or physical damage, grid power surge, misuse, external force and incorrect installation.
